2011 MAFMIC SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
This educational scholarship was established by the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Association of Farm Mutual Insurance Companies, Inc. (MAFMIC) for presentation to one or more Minnesota high school graduating seniors.

Robert C. Seipp Service Award
The Robert C. Seipp Service Award was established in 1986 to honor past President Robert C. Seipp in his retirement from the Minnesota Association of Farm Mutual Insurance Companies (MAFMIC). It is a prestigious award presented annually by MAFMIC to recognize professionalism and service to the mutual insurance industry in Minnesota.
The Robert C. Seipp Service Award will be presented at the 2009 MAFMIC Convention Annual Banquet. The MAFMIC Convention will be held at the Sheraton Bloomington on February 1 – 3, 2009. The recipient will receive a plaque and his or her name will be added to a perpetual plaque located in the MAFMIC office.
In order to be selected, the nominee must:
- Have provided service and generously given of his or her time and expertise to promote a professional image for the ultimate benefit of MAFMIC and the mutual insurance industry in Minnesota.
- Be a current or past employee, director, officer or agent of MAFMIC or a MAFMIC member company.
- Have provided ten or more years of service to MAFMIC and/or a MAFMIC member company.
The Seipp Service Award Selection Committee will consist of the MAFMIC Executive Committee and the last two willing recipients of the Seipp Service Award with the most senior recipient of the Award serving as Chairman. The Selection Committee will screen nominations selecting two finalists and present those names to the MAFMIC Board of Directors. The Board will choose the Award recipient.
To be considered, the nomination form and any letters of recommendation must by received in the MAFMIC office by Wednesday, October 29, 2010.

NAMIC Merit Award
The NAMIC MERIT AWARD was established to stimulate greater professionalism in the mutual insurance industry. It is also designed to encourage and recognize individuals who dedicate themselves to greater service to their state and national trade associations. This prestigious award, presented by the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies, has been earned by eighty-three of our Minnesota association members since 1974.
