Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation notices received on or before August 1, 2008 are 75 percent refundable.
  • Cancellation notices received August 2 – 11, 2008 are 50 percent refundable.
  • No refunds are available after August 11, 2008. You may substitute a participant at no additional charge.
