MAFMIC will be presenting sessions that will earn active farm mutual insurance company directors credit toward the NAMIC Farm Mutual Director Certification (FMDC). This national certification program consists of three modules - Management, Operations & Insurance, and Finance & Accounting. Four classes from each of the modules qualify for certification which will then be recognized by NAMIC and MAFMIC Annual Conventions. In addition, each qualified director will receive a certificate of completion and lapel pin. If the majority of a board achieves certification, a company may be eligible for a discount on NAMIC Insurance Company (NAMICO) D&O insurance.

Continuing Education Credit
Application has been made to the Minnesota Department of Commerce for 4.5 total hours of non-company continuing education credits.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notices received on or before July 6, 2010 are 75 percent refundable.
Cancellation notices received July 7 – 13, 2010 are 50 percent refundable.
No refunds are available after July 13, 2010. You may substitute a participant at no additional charge.
