The purpose of the Strategic Plan Committee is to analyze short and long-term needs of the association. The committee will consist of twelve members; seven from member companies appointed by the MAFMIC President/CEO and approved by the MAFMIC board, and the five members of the MAFMIC Executive Committee. Every effort will be made to diversify the committee by seeking membership from each district and by expertise and perspective. Once appointed, committee members will serve a five-year term, after an absence of one year, an individual may again be eligible to serve on this committee.
