Here is a copy of the proposed change to the MAFMIC Bylaws, which will be voted on by the MAFMIC membership at the Annual Business Meeting. The MAFMIC Annual Business Meeting will take place on February 11, 2020 at the Radisson Blu at the Mall of America as part of the 125th Annual Convention. The proposed amendment will remove the existing Article X, which will have the effect of eliminating the MAFMIC Ladies and Mens’ Auxiliary.
