This position serves as Manager to ensure the operations of the Mutual are conducted in a manner to support the organization’s goals and objectives. In addition, overseeing a Mutual owned agency to ensure its continued growth and success.

Summary
Responsible for supervising operations within an insurance company. Manages adjusters, investigators, and appraisers. Insures claims are processed in a timely manner and resolves issues that arise during process.
Primary responsibilities
- President/Treasurer
- Manage operations and productivity at an insurance company.
- Create and modify procedures and documents related to policies.
- Assist in claims management.
- Identify and analyze risks associated with policies.
- Achieve target budgets.
- Minimize risk of financial loss.
- Direct information for claimants.
- Preside over claims investigations.
- Review insurance policies.
- Manage insurance data for reports.
- Determine premium rates.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, 5-10 years of experience in the insurance industry?. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Property Casualty insurance license and technical insurance designations such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred.
Willing to obtain the Professional Farm Mutual Manager (PFMM) designation.
Must possess a valid driver’s license to travel to agent advisory meetings and professional obligations.
