To reserve your room, contact the DoubleTree by Hilton at (800) 222-8733. Please mention you are with the MAFMIC Annual Convention in order to receive our special group rate. All reservations must be made by January 12, 2015 to guarantee a special group rate. You can also access a link to the DoubleTree by Hilton on MAFMIC’s website www.mafmic.org under ‘Education & Events’ then ‘Convention.’ We would advise you and/or others from your company to reserve your rooms EARLY as we cannot guarantee the availability of rooms after the deadline of January 12, 2015.
